用WMZ存款扑克之星 PokerStars 遇见的问题

到最后一部了，验证了SMS后，确认付款，跳出来这么一个信息，然后转到扑克之星 PokerStars 的网站上，说我信息不一致
Payment process has been interrupted. This can result in a repeated payment for service or product. You have to go back to the merchant’s website and start payment process anew. (10) step=0

WMZ和扑克之星 PokerStars 信息除了电子信箱使用了不一样的2个信箱外，其他信息都一致，当然了，拼音大小写不区分的

我在单位注册的WMZ，然后存了密钥文件，回到家后，WMZ3.95客户端也能登陆

这几天一直在联系解封，之前邮件都有回复，也告诉我该做什么。
可是昨天一连N封邮件都没回，连自动回复都没有，什么一个情况？
