Playtech新规定，从2014年4月29日开始，限制来自比利时的新旧客户投注旗下的所有品牌及产品。这意味着，来自比利时的客户将不再能够在任何租用Playtech博彩平台的网络博彩公司下注，这包括威廉希尔和立博等大公司，bet365娱乐场这一块也使用PT平台产品（bet365应该不会完全禁止比利时玩家）。
作出此决定，出于监管原因，超出了各博彩公司的控制，威廉希尔为此表示真诚道歉。
一般来说，Playtech或者其他各公司放弃某国市场，基于几个原因：
1、在那里经营风险太大（比如美国、以色列等）
2、在实地博彩的生意超过了网络博彩生意，必须进行取舍。这包括在当地找到了实地博彩运营伙伴。
3、一些国家博彩法律化，必须合法进入这些国家经营。
Following new regulations, Playtech will restrict both new and existing customers from Belgium starting tomorrow, 29th April, 2014, from betting on all brands & products. This means customers from Belgium will no longer be able to register or place a bet on any William Hill product.
We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you; however this decision has been taken for regulatory reasons beyond our control.
Customers in Belgium may continue to withdraw their funds after this date.
