债权人减少加拉科洛尔Gala Coral债务

根据英国的《泰晤士报》报道，英国最大的宾果运营商加拉科洛尔Gala Coral的债权人已经同意将加拉科洛尔的债务减少29%，从26亿英镑削减到18.5亿英镑。

加拉科洛尔他们的债权人包括Apollo资本管理、Cerberus资本管理、高盛和Park Square资本，经过这次资本重组之后，Apollo管理公司将成为最大持股人，占有大约1/4的股份。根据新的协议，一批私人的投资人将持有5.5亿英镑的风险债务，而投资人另外还将向加拉科洛尔注资2亿英镑，以对该集团实现控股，这也将让加拉科洛尔有现金流以继续正常的运营。集团希望这次注资能够避免如去年一样的大裁员。

加拉科洛尔Gala Coral在英国拥有众多的宾果大厅、赌场和1650个投注商店。去年，在英国赌场禁烟令施行、金融危机和税率增加之后，加拉科洛尔不得不进行财务重组。不过加拉科洛尔的网上宾果业务表现不错。
