Another addition to the growing Merge Gaming online poker network
The growing Merge Poker Network, which formed in February this year from predecessor Poker.com, welcomed a new online poker site branded Iron Duke Poker.com to the action this week.
Iron Duke is the third online gambling site operated by Royal Profits.com under a Kahnwake license, and joins sisters Royal Card Club and Royal Card Room. The new poker site offers multi-player poker, casino games and backgammon, all on one account. Special features and innovations in the Merge poker software include views of folded cards that ‘would have won’ and a facility that allows players to bait their opponents by flashing hole cards, or ‘rabbiting’.
The site offers Hold'em, Stud and Omaha variations, together with BackGammon and Blackjack action in a gambling suite that features Texas Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi/lo, 7 Card Stud, 7 Card Stud Hi/lo, Razz, 5 Card Stud, Five Card Draw, Ace to Five Lowball, Deuce to Seven Lowball and Badugi.
Each of the three Royal Profits sites is on a separate network, giving the company exposure across the sportsbetting, poker, casino and backgammon markets.
Player incentives include a matchplay signup maxed at $200, a month of daily network freerolls, a free $1 000 New Player tournament and seven $500 freerolls as well as $130 000 of standard freerolls. Players are also offered a 30 percent rakeback facility. Player in 39 U.S. states are welcome, according to the site.
The largest poker site on the Merge Gaming Network at present is Carbon Poker, with PokerNordicam also bringing player liquidity to the network. Poker Scout.com stats show an average peak player presence on the network over the past month of around 450 -500. |
