Exclusive deals and promos to be offered by online poker operator
Online poker operator CelebPoker intends to make poker rakeback more readily available to all poker players through the launch of its new site RakebackCelebPoker.com. The new poker rakeback site, which goes live today (Thursday), will offer online poker players of all levels exclusive rakeback promotions.
Rakeback is one of the greatest creations of the online poker boom, says a CelebPoker spokesman. Rake in online poker games refers to a small commission fee taken out of each pot by online poker rooms which goes towards covering various operational costs such as support, software and personnel.
The new rakeback initiative is a deal between player and poker room that gives a rebated a portion of the rake each player generates, adding it to his or her bankroll.
The majority of poker rake back deals are done through sites affiliated with card rooms, and CelebPoker has effectively eliminated the need to go through the middle man; through RakebackCelebPoker all online poker players have the opportunity to create exclusive rakeback deals for themselves.
