This is one webpreneur who doesn't like the poker traffic....
A New Jersey product information management company is finding online poker traffic such a hassle that it has put its domain up for sale.
When online poker fans realise that the domain is Full Tilt.com, the heavy poker traffic can be understood, but for the Full Tilt Solutions firm it's just a damned nuisance, and the MH Kogan company has been commissioned to sell the high profile domain.
FullTilt.com currently receives in excess of 60 000 unique visitors per month looking for the online poker site that uses the same title. As the popularity of the FullTilt name grows through the vigorous promotion of the online poker site, more and more people erroneously type FullTilt.com to play online poker.
"At first we thought that the extra traffic was fun, but now the traffic has grown to a point of distraction and is soaking up resources that should be reserved for our customers and prospects" says Timothy Wallace, CEO of FullTilt Solutions.
The domain will be sold at auction in November and all interested parties must pre-register and be pre-qualified by MHKogan Corp. prior to November 15th.
